At MayaKoBasket, we are committed to delivering gifts with care, reliability, and love to your friends and family in Nepal.


Delivery Areas

We currently provide delivery services within selected areas of Nepal, for now only Kathmandu Valley.

Delivery availability may vary depending on location, weather conditions, traffic, festivals, or local circumstances.


Delivery Time

Most orders are processed and delivered within the selected delivery date whenever possible.

Same-day delivery may be available for selected products and locations. However, delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary during:

  • Public holidays
  • Festivals (Dashain, Tihar, Valentine’s Day, etc.)
  • Severe weather conditions
  • High order volume periods

Recipient Availability

Customers are responsible for providing accurate recipient details, including:

  • Full name
  • Complete delivery address
  • Valid phone number

If the recipient is unavailable, does not answer phone calls, or the provided information is incorrect or incomplete, delivery delays may occur and refunds may not be available.

Our delivery team may attempt to contact the recipient before or during delivery when necessary.


Delivery Changes & Cancellations

Orders may only be modified or canceled before preparation or dispatch begins.

Once flowers, cakes, or personalized gifts are prepared or out for delivery, cancellations or address changes may not be possible.


Failed Deliveries

If delivery cannot be completed due to:

  • Incorrect delivery information
  • Recipient unavailability
  • Restricted access locations
  • Failure to respond to delivery calls

MayaKoBasket reserves the right to charge additional delivery fees for re-delivery attempts where applicable.


Product Availability

Certain flowers, cakes, packaging, or gift items may occasionally be unavailable due to seasonal or supplier limitations.

In such cases, we may substitute products with items of similar value, style, or quality while maintaining the overall presentation and experience.

International Orders

MayaKoBasket accepts orders from customers worldwide for delivery within Nepal.
