At Maya Ko Basket, we are committed to providing quality gifts and reliable service for every order delivered in Nepal.
Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy for eligible non-perishable items. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition as received
- Include original packaging and tags
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase or receipt

Please note that returns must be approved before items are sent back. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Orders
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue so we can review and resolve it promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, certain items cannot be returned or refunded, including:
- Cakes and other perishable food items
- Flowers and plants
- Personalized or custom-made gifts
- Beauty and personal care products
- Gift cards
- Sale or discounted items

Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before preparation or dispatch begins. Once an order has been prepared, processed, or handed over for delivery, cancellations may no longer be possible.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an eligible item, please contact us first. The quickest way to receive a replacement is to request a return approval and place a new order separately.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
Returned items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
